Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy: Please call us if your order absolutely must go out the same day. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 3:30PM Pacific time. Every effort will be made to ship orders placed after 3:30PM the same day but may not get shipped until the following business day Monday through Friday. Orders outside the United States require a valid UPS, DHL or FedEx account number. Shipping methods may be pre-arranged by sending an email to orders@rapid-tech.com via the internet.


Return Policy: Rapid Technologies will accept good product returned to us within 30 days of purchase for any reason unless otherwise stated as a special order with no returns. A credit for the purchase price of the product minus a 25% restocking fee will be issued.


Warranty Policy: Rapid Technologies designates warranties for the products that it sells in one of two ways. If the product has an OEM warranty it is passed through to the customer. In this case we will provide an in-house exchange when possible for the first 90 days; otherwise product must be returned to the OEM for warranty service. When products are sold by Rapid Technologies, LLC that do not have an OEM warranty we may provide a warranty ourselves. In this case our warranty will guarantee that the product will operate within specification for the warranty period only. Our standard warranty is 90 days. No other guarantee is provided with respect to its operation, usage, or compatibility. The liability limit of any product under dispute with Rapid Technologies, LLC shall never exceed the purchase price of that product. If returned products can not be repaired or exchanged a credit for the original purchase price will be generated. Credits for net terms customers must be used within 1 year from the date it was issued.

 

All returns: Rapid Technologies requires authorization first, please send an email to rma@rapid-tech.com or call (503) 968-3125 so that we can generate a return order in our system. Returns must be sent back to us in the same packaging or equivalent. Items should be packed in die cut pad foam NOT foam "peanuts", blown-in foam, newspapers, etc. Electronic components must be enclosed within an anti-static bag. Failure to comply with return requirements may void your warranty or credit. Returns must be sent pre-paid, Rapid Technologies does not pay for return shipping charges nor do we accept collect shipments.
